Exchange Policy

First off I would like to say thank you for shopping with Lost Creek. I truly appreciate each and every customer and I make it my goal for you to have the best shopping experience with us. I work very hard to find quality, unique items at affordable prices.

If you need to exchange an item our store policy follows:

Store credit only. Orders are eligible for returning for store credit if they are received by Lost Creek within 14 days of the purchase date with receipt and original tags attached. No returns on sale items. No returns on holiday items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Damaged items are only valid for an in-store credit only as well. Damages to items must be reported within 5 days prior to wearing the garment with the original tags still in place.

NOTE:  Please insure and use tracking on your return packages to keep the post office accountable.  You are responsible for the items until it reaches our warehouse.  If they lose it in transit back to us, we assume no responsibility for the lost package.
