**AS OF JANUARY 1ST 2021 THE FOLLOWING POLICIES WILL TAKE PLACE..**
RETURN POLICY:
Yes clothing items are eligible for return for store credit if they are returned to Lost Creek within 7 days of you receiving the item(s)..that is the delivery date of the item(s) provided by its tracking number on the order(Example: If received on the 8th it needs to be in the mail by the 15th). These returns MUST be unworn, unused, free of cosmetic stains, unwashed, and with tags still attached! If the items are not received back under these conditions the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to buyer at their cost. YOU MUST EMAIL US FOR FOR APPROVAL BEFORE SENDING YOUR RETURN IN THE MAIL.
(Please ship using USPS and make sure proper insurance is paid for as Lost Creek is not liable for the item(s) being lost or stolen on its way back to us)
BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING EXPENSES & ORIGINAL SHIPPING PRIOR TO RETURNING IS NONREFUNDABLE!
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM(S)?
Because of the high volume of orders we DO NOT do exchanges. There are no exceptions to this. Meaning, If the item(s) you’re wanting to exchange for is in stock when you ship back your return that will not guarantee that the item will be in stock once we receive the returned item(s) and your store credit is issued.
IS MY ORDER OR ITEM FINAL SALE?
What you CAN NOT return is any Sale items, Grab Bags, Deal Bundles, item(s) or orders marked down 20% or more, ANY jewelry, shoes(Besides Stiefeld Boots), Pre- Order Items, Holiday items, and NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are available for return.
MORE FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE..
Seasonal items, bralettes, purses, purse straps, backpacks, bags, wallets, belts, tumblers, koozies, hats of any sorts, any kitchen items or home décor.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
No, again with having a high volume amount of orders and to insure that orders are shipped fast & no order errors we DO NOT cancel orders.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER TO REPLACE WITH A DISCOUNT?
No canceling orders for discount codes to be used for a new order. Any discount code MUST be entered in BEFORE placing the order, no exceptions.
MY ORDER IS INTERNATIONAL CAN I RETURN?
NO international orders are available for return. No exceptions.
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PACKAGE OR ITEM(S)?
Please reach out to us via email at contact.lostcreekboutique@gmail.com before 2 days has passed of receiving the damaged item(s) with picture proof of the damage. A prepaid label will be sent to you via email after picture proof is presented of the damaged item(s). The item(s) MUST be sent back to Lost Creek within the 5 days of receiving the item(s). Once received we will then issue store credit for the damaged item(s). No exchanges, as we have a high volume of orders and cannot promise the item(s) being in stock after the item(s) is received.
(Examples: Item is delivered to customer on the 11th, we must be contacted with picture proof by the 13th. Item must be in the mail to return for store credit by the 16th.)

REFUND POLICY:
Absolutely NO refunds will be given unless we have came to a agreement and 10% of the order will not be refunded to cover fees already paid by Lost Creek.
SHIPPING INFO:
Please allow 3-6 days for your order to be packaged up and get shipped to you as we are a very small one woman show business that ships out 100s of orders a week(This does not include the time it takes for USPS to deliver the package). Dates on Shipping rates shown at checkout are not promised as we use USPS to ship all of our packages and due to COVID-19 arrival dates are subject to change.
Please note that USPS is short staffed at this time due to COVID-19 and that as soon as we hand your package over to USPS we are not responsible for the route that your package takes on its way to you, that includes the time that it takes to do so.

SMS/MMS mobile messages may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system or other technology. Message frequency varies. You are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.
If you do not wish to continue participating in the Program or no longer agree to this Agreement, you agree to reply STOP to any mobile message from Us in order to opt-out of the Program. You may receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt-out. You understand and agree that the preceding options are the only reasonable methods of opting out. You also understand and agree that any other method of opting out, including, but not limited to, texting words other than those set forth above or verbally requesting one of our employees to remove you from our list, is not a reasonable means of opting out.

We may change any telephone number we use to operate the Program at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information with us related to your receipt of messages, including, without limitation, notifying us immediately if you change your mobile number.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any third-party claims, liability, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Program or from you providing us with a phone number that is not your own. If at any time you intend to stop using the mobile telephone number that has been used to subscribe to the Program, including canceling your service plan or selling or transferring the phone number to another party, you agree that you will complete the Opt-Out process set forth above prior to ending your use of the mobile telephone number. You understand and agree that your agreement to do so is a required part of these terms and conditions. You further agree that, if you change your telephone number without notifying Us of such change, you agree that you will be responsible for all costs (including attorneys’ fees) and liabilities incurred by Us, or any party that assists in the delivery of the SMS/MMS mobile messages, as a result of claims brought by individual(s) who are later assigned that mobile telephone number. This duty and agreement shall survive any cancellation or termination of your agreement to participate in any of our Programs.
You agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Program, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
You may not use or engage with the Platform if you are under thirteen (13) years of age. If you use or engage with the Platform and are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) years of age, you must have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to do so. By using or engaging with the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that you are not under the age of thirteen (13) years, are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18), and have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to use or engage with the Platform, or are of adult age in your jurisdiction. By using or engaging with the Platform, you also acknowledge and agree that you are permitted by your jurisdiction’s Applicable Law to use and/or engage with the Platform.
